REFUND POLICY

Any refund requests will be sent to customer support management and are handled in a case by case basis. Refunds are only permitted for charges made in the last 60 days. IF you request a refund directly from your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, the billing company Seg Pay at its discretion, in order to prevent further unauthorized use, permanently block your account number from being used again.

 

CHARGEBACKS

 

 In the event of charge back, our processors will comprehensively investigate the transaction. Falsified chargebacks may add you to the blacklist and being banned with our processor, which will complicate and or terminate any possibilities of a future membership.
